Motor Pool Assistant

• Vehicle Maintenance and Coordination:
• Ensuring vehicles are regularly serviced and maintained.
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance schedules.
• Tracking vehicle condition and location.
• Requisitioning tools and spare parts.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintaining accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and repairs.
• Keeping track of maintenance schedules and service records.
• Managing inventory of automotive tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Reporting and Communication:
• Reporting vehicle issues to authorities and supervisors to ensure safety.
• Preparing and submitting reports on motor pool activities.
• Communicating with drivers, mechanics, and management regarding vehicle-related matters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
