What they need
- Assisting with Disassembly: Help strip and dismantle defective motors, generators, and rotating equipment to remove damaged parts.
- Data Recording: Record original coil data, wire sizes, and winding configurations before stripping units.
- Coil Preparation & Winding: Learn to cut, form, and insert insulation, and wind new coils onto stators, rotors, and armatures using specialized machines and hand tools.
- Cleaning and Preparation: Clean and prepare reusable mechanical and structural parts for reassembly.
- Testing & Inspection: Assist in testing repaired motors (using insulation resistance, resistance balance, or voltage tests) to verify functionality under supervision.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean workspace and follow all safety protocols regarding electrical and mechanical repair.
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
