MOTORCYCLE DEALER TRAINING MANAGER

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Motorcycle Dealer Training Group Head oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs for Suzuki’s nationwide motorcycle dealers. The role manages training initiatives for sales personnel, dealer Staff and dealer management, covering product knowledge, sales processes, and operation standards. The position also leads the team of trainers and coordinates with MC sales, Aftersales, and Marketing to align training programs with business and dealer capability requirements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Education, or a related field.

-More than 10 years of relevant experience in automotive/motorcycle dealer training, sales training, or technical training, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

-Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for a dealer or franchise network; solid understanding of motorcycle products, dealership operations, and after-sales processes.

-Experience working with a Japanese or multinational automotive/motorcycle company is an advantage.

-Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team of trainers.

-Excellent presentation, facilitation, instructional design, and public speaking skills; able to engage diverse audiences from dealer principals to frontline technicians.

-Strong analytical and project management skills; proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with e-learning/LMS platforms; excellent English and Filipino communication skills.

-Willing and able to travel extensively across the Philippines on a regular basis.
