Full-Time Motorcycle Instructor – LDC Falcon

The Role

LDC Falcon is looking for a full-time Motorcycle Instructor to join our team in Burton-on-Trent.

We’re a family-run business that has been training drivers and riders since 1988, and we’re looking for someone who is passionate about motorcycles and enjoys helping others learn.

You’ll be training everyone from complete beginners taking their CBT to riders working towards their full motorcycle licence. Patience, good communication and the ability to put people at ease.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver CBT and motorcycle training to pupils of varying abilities.
• Demonstrate safe riding techniques, road awareness and correct motorcycle handling.
• Help pupils build their confidence and develop the skills needed to ride safely.
• Monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Ensure motorcycles and training equipment are safe and ready to use.
• Maintain a professional and approachable attitude with pupils and colleagues.
• Follow training procedures and relevant safety requirements.
• Work as part of our team to deliver a positive experience for every pupil.

• Confidence working with people of different ages, backgrounds and abilities.
• Good knowledge of motorcycles and safe riding practices.

Previous motorcycle instructor experience and relevant qualifications are required for this role. However, if you have the right attitude and experience, we'd be happy to hear from you for other opportunities.
