Your Role:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, scooters, and personal watercraft
• Complete scheduled services, safety inspections, recalls, and warranty repairs per OEM procedures
• Identify issues efficiently and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure rider safety and machine performance
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and communicate effectively with the service advisor team
• Ensure every unit is serviced to our high standards of quality, performance, and cleanliness
• Participate in factory training programs and stay current on OEM certification requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5+ years of professional experience as a motorcycle, ATV, UTV, or powersports technician (dealership experience preferred)
• OEM certifications (Yamaha, Kawasaki, Triumph, KTM, etc.) or technical training from MMI or a similar program a strong plus
• Solid understanding of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines, drivetrains, fuel injection, diagnostics, and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electronic issues independently
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to doing the job right the first time
• Motorcycle endorsement (or willingness to obtain one)
