Motorcycle Sales Advisor

About the role

New Chen Motor Credit is looking for energetic, goal-driven and customer-focused individuals to join our growing sales team. You will recommend suitable new and pre-owned motorcycles based on customers' needs and budgets, explain product features, prices, financing packages, promotions and trade-in options, and build strong customer relationships through professional and sincere service.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend suitable new and pre-owned motorcycles based on customers' needs and budgets
• Explain product features, prices, financing packages, promotions and trade-in options
• Build strong customer relationships through professional and sincere service
• Follow up proactively on sales enquiries, potential leads and closing progress
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's performance
• Handle sales documentation and related applications accurately
• Maintain showroom presentation and product display standards
• Participate in roadshows, marketing events and promotional campaigns

About you

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
• Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, responsible, self-motivated and target-driven
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence; B2 or D licence is preferred
