About Us Power Motorcycles USA is the Space Coast's authorized dealership for BMW Motorrad, Ducati, and Indian Motorcycle. We run a clean, organized shop with steady year-round volume and a service team built to keep techs productive.

Position Overview We're hiring an experienced Motorcycle Technician — not entry-level. The right candidate has years of hands-on diagnostic and repair experience and wants to grow with three premium brands. Factory certification from BMW, Ducati, or Indian is preferred but not required — we'll provide brand training and certification for the right person.

Compensation

• Realistic earnings: $50K–$85K+ annually based on production and certifications
• $15 Hourly base + Flat-rate pay from $13 to $20 per flat hour depending on experience and brand certifications + Bonus performance (Up to $6,50 per flat rate)
• Factory training and certification fully provided (BMW, Ducati, and Indian)
• Full-time, with clear paths to senior tech and shop foreman roles

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW, Ducati, and Indian motorcycles
• Perform PDIs and warranty work to factory standards
• Accurately document work using flat-rate time standards
• Maintain a clean, organized bay
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and parts

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years professional motorcycle technician experience
• Strong electrical diagnostic, fuel system, and engine work skills
• Brand certification (BMW, Ducati, Indian, or comparable) a strong plus
• Own tools required
• Motorcycle endorsement required (or obtainable within 90 days)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
