Caravan & Motorhome Technician (Underbody & Servicing Focus)

Looking for a stable role where your mechanical and trade skills actually matter?

We are a growing team looking for an experienced Caravan & Motorhome Technician who prides themselves on top-tier workmanship. While we handle everything from major repairs to modern upgrades, your main playground will be under the chassis—ensuring Australian caravans are safe, serviced, and ready for the rugged road.

What’s in it for you:

  • Competitive Pay: Rewarded generously based on your experience.
  • More Time Off: An extra 52 hours of paid leave each year.
  • Great Culture: A supportive, down-to-earth team environment.
  • True Variety: No two days are the same, keeping the work interesting.

Your day-to-day will focus on:

  • Underbody & Mechanical Servicing: Leading the charge on brakes, suspension, bearings, and chassis maintenance, specifically tailored to Australian caravans.
  • Road Testing: Conducting test drives to ensure all brake and suspension work is flawless.
  • General Servicing: Routine preventative maintenance and safety checks.
  • Habitation Repairs: Troubleshooting structural, basic electrical, plumbing, bodywork, and interior issues.
  • Modern Upgrades: Installing solar systems, satellites, awnings, reversing cameras, and more.

What we’re looking for:

  • Solid experience in caravan/motorhome servicing, or a background in mechanical trades, suspension/brake alignment, coachbuilding, or panel beating.
  • A current, full NZ driver's license with the confidence and ability to safely tow caravans for test drives.
  • A strong understanding of underbody components and caravan mechanics.
  • Problem-solving grit, sharp attention to detail, and pride in your work.
  • Great communication skills and a team-first attitude.

Apply now and bring your skills to a team where quality work is valued, the pipeline is full, and your expertise is respected!
