POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and hardworking Motorcycle Messenger to handle the delivery and collection of documents, packages, and other company-related items. The role requires frequent travel and coordination with clients, suppliers, government offices, and other locations as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver and collect documents, packages, invoices, and other company items.
• Pick up and deliver documents or materials from clients, suppliers, offices, ports, and other designated locations.
• Ensure that documents and packages are delivered safely and on time.
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules efficiently.
• Coordinate with the office regarding completed deliveries, pending tasks, and delivery concerns.
• Obtain signatures, receipts, or proof of delivery when required.
• Handle company documents and packages with care and confidentiality.
• Assist with errands such as bank deposits, document processing, and submission or collection of requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and completed errands.
• Report delays, delivery issues, or other concerns to the immediate supervisor.
• Perform basic motorcycle checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow traffic rules, road safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
• Perform other messenger, delivery, and office-related tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College graduate or college undergraduate is preferred.
• Must have own motorcycle for work-related travel.
• Must have a valid driver's license appropriate for motorcycle use.
• Previous experience as a messenger, delivery rider, or similar position is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Pasay and nearby areas is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic routes and navigation applications such as Google Maps or Waze.
• Responsible and careful when handling documents, packages, and company items.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to travel for work-related errands.
• Physically fit and capable of performing delivery and messenger duties.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on-site and follow the assigned work schedule.
