We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Motorpool and Site Services Staff to join our team in a full-time capacity. Based in Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna, this role is essential to the smooth operation of our warehousing and distribution facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining our vehicle fleet and ensuring our site operates efficiently, supporting the critical logistics operations that keep our business moving. What you'll be doing

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on company vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing, repairs and fuel consumption
• Conduct basic vehicle repairs and troubleshooting, escalating complex issues to qualified mechanics as needed
• Manage vehicle fuelling, cleaning and general upkeep
• Assist with site maintenance tasks, including cleaning, minor repairs and general housekeeping
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics staff to schedule vehicle maintenance and minimise operational disruptions
• Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns and provide roadside assistance when required
• Monitor inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, reporting shortages to management
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all motorpool and site operations
• Support the site services team in maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in motorpool management, fleet maintenance or vehicle services
• Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks
• Knowledge of vehicle safety standards and maintenance procedures
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Physical fitness and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
• Reliability and commitment to punctuality
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred
• Familiarity with fleet management systems or maintenance software is advantageous
