What they need
The Motorpool Supervisor is responsible for overseeing everyday operations of the motorpool; he/she ensures that all equipment, machinery, and company vehicles are properly maintained and compliant with all regulatory and safety standards.
We are looking for:
- A graduate of Mechanical Engineering (with license is an advantage)
- With 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Efficient, organized, and highly conscientious
- Able to lead teams and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities
- Strong sense of accountability, safety, and quality standards.
