Motorpool Supervisor

• Supervise daily administrative and site operations.
• Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and administrative requirements.
• Oversee maintenance of office equipment, facilities, and company vehicles.
• Monitor motorpool operations, vehicle maintenance, and service schedules.
• Coordinate with different departments, sites, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and proper documentation.
• Prepare administrative and motorpool-related reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related course.
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in administration, site operations, or motorpool management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
