Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Motorpool Supervisor to oversee daily fleet and motorpool operations, ensuring efficient vehicle dispatching, preventive maintenance, cost control, and regulatory compliance. The role will also supervise drivers and support personnel to ensure the safe and efficient utilization of company vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily motorpool operations, vehicle dispatching, and fleet utilization.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules, vehicle repairs, and servicing.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle expenses, and overall operating costs.
• Ensure timely renewal of vehicle registrations, insurance, permits, and other regulatory requirements.
• Supervise drivers and motorpool personnel, including work assignments and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, repair shops, and service providers.
• Maintain accurate fleet records, maintenance logs, and operational reports.
• Implement policies and procedures to promote vehicle safety, efficiency, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Transportation Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of supervisory experience in motorpool operations, fleet management, or transportation-related functions.
• Hands-on experience in vehicle dispatching, preventive maintenance, fleet utilization, fuel monitoring, and operating cost control.
• Knowledgeable in vehicle registration, insurance, permits, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Capable of supervising drivers and support personnel and maintaining accurate fleet records and reports.

Compensation

• Monthly Salary: ₱30,000–₱35,000
• Other company benefits to be discussed during the hiring process.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php37,000.00 per month
