Mould Supervisor (Precast Industry)

Job Summary

Responsible for supervising mould preparation, assembly, adjustment, maintenance, and inspection activities for Segmental Box Girder (SBG) production to ensure quality, productivity, and compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mould setup, alignment, cleaning, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure mould dimensions, geometry, and tolerances comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with production, QA/QC, engineering, and casting teams to achieve production targets.
• Monitor mould condition and arrange preventive maintenance or repairs when required.
• Conduct inspections before and after casting to ensure mould readiness.
• Troubleshoot mould-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain records of mould inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Manage and supervise mould technicians and operators.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in precast concrete production, preferably Segmental Box Girder (SBG) projects.
• Strong knowledge of mould systems, precast production processes, and dimensional control.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with quality control and workplace safety requirements.
