Moulder

• Prepare moulds as per pattern and production requirements.
• Operate and handle moulding machines or carry out manual moulding.
• Set patterns correctly in the moulding box.
• Prepare and compact moulding sand properly.
• Maintain proper mould dimensions and surface finish.
• Place cores correctly as per drawing and instructions.
• Check moulds before pouring and correct defects if required.
• Maintain proper alignment of cope and drag.
• Handle moulding tools and equipment safely.
• Identify and report moulding-related problems.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the moulding area.
• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Complete daily moulding production targets on time.

Qualification

ITI / 10th Pass – Foundry / Moulding preferred

Experience

1–5 years of foundry moulding experience preferred.

Skills

• Sand moulding
• Pattern setting
• Core setting
• Mould box handling
• Knowledge of moulding sand
• Basic knowledge of casting defects
• Good hand skills and safety awareness

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
