Moulder

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Metal Moulder to join our workshop team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing moulds and producing metal castings according to required dimensions, drawings, and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare sand moulds, patterns, cores, and moulding materials for casting.
• Read and understand basic engineering drawings and casting requirements.
• Prepare moulding boxes and ensure proper alignment and finishing.
• Pour molten metal into moulds safely and accurately as required.
• Remove, clean, trim, and finish cast metal components.
• Inspect moulds and castings for defects, cracks, air pockets, or dimensional issues.
• Operate and maintain basic moulding and workshop tools/equipment.
• Follow all workshop safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other casting and fabrication activities when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Metal Moulder / Foundry Moulder / Sand Moulder.
• Knowledge of sand moulding and metal casting processes.
• Ability to work with hand tools and workshop equipment.
• Basic ability to understand drawings and measurements.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a workshop/foundry environment.
• Ability to follow safety instructions and work as part of a team.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:

• Rotational moulding: 2 years (Preferred)
• Moulder: 2 years (Required)

• Sharjah (Required)
