Maximum CTC: ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for shift-wise production activities in the Moulding and Closing Sections.
• Ensure moulding operations are completed as per the production plan, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions (WIs).
• Ensure painting, core setting, and mould closing activities are carried out as per the production schedule and prescribed quality standards.
• Monitor clamping and pouring operations to ensure safe and timely production.
• Ensure adherence to 5S, workplace safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with the production and quality teams to minimize rejection, rework, and production delays.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials during the shift.
• Maintain production records and report shift-wise output, rejection, and operational issues to the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME).
• 2–3 years of experience in foundry, steel casting, metal, or engineering manufacturing.
• Practical exposure to Mould Shop and Core Shop operations, preferably in a steel casting unit.
• Good understanding of moulding, core setting, closing, clamping, and pouring processes.
• Knowledge of 5S, safety practices, and production quality standards.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
