Moulding Engineer (Injection Moulding)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and achieve daily production targets.
• Set up and optimize injection moulding process parameters.
• Troubleshoot moulding defects and machine issues.
• Handle mould changeovers and process validation.
• Ensure product quality and reduce rejection.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance & PPC teams.
• Implement 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke and safety practices.
• Maintain production reports and process documentation.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Injection Moulding Process.
• Knowledge of Plastic Raw Materials (PP, PE, ABS, PC, etc.).
• Process troubleshooting and cycle time reduction.
• Knowledge of OEE, 5S, Quality Tools and Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong manpower handling and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Industry: Medical Devices, Automotive, Plastics Manufacturing.
