Designation: Moulding In-Charge

Qualification: Diploma or Any Degree

Experience: 5+ Years of work experience

Job Location: Coimbatore

Job Type: Full Time | Permanent Job

M / F / Any: Male candidate

Salary: Rs. 35,000 PM to 50,000 PM

Job Description Skills:

• Supervise mould preparation, core setting, mould assembly, and pattern handling.
• Ensure moulds are made as per drawings, process sheets, and quality standards.
• Monitor sand quality and moulding process parameters.
• Identify and reduce moulding defects and rework.
• Coordinate with Melting, Core Shop, Pouring, and Quality teams.
• Plan manpower and moulding activities as per production requirements.
• Maintain production and quality records.
• Ensure proper equipment use, housekeeping, and safety compliance.
• Train and guide moulding operators and workers.
