We manufacture liquid tank solutions for agricultural, industrial and government sectors in spraying and liquid cartage.  As part of the Tank Holding Australia group we’re seeking to grow and expand our reach across Australia and New Zealand.

THE ROLE — Your Impact

As the Moulding Manager, you’ll lead a hands‑on team in a fast-paced environment where time & task management are key. This your chance to really drive continuous improvement of people & process.

What You’ll Be Doing (IMPACT)

• Building a strong, positive team culture focused on consistency and continuous improvement.
• Plan and schedule machines and people to ensure consistent levels of output.
• Investigate root causes of process and machinery issues, and implement resolutions.
• Run daily structured team meetings communicating goals, progress, feedback and wins.
• Maintain and lift quality standards, collaborating with other departments to resolve issues quickly.
• Drive efficiency using Lean thinking, 5S, and standardised work practices.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

·         This is a full-time 5 day a week role based at our Singleton NSW (Hunter Valley) manufacturing facility. Hours are flexible but are typically 4AM - 12:30PM or 6AM - 2:30PM.

·         We are unable to offer sponsorship – applicants will need to have valid working rights in Australia.

·         Applicants will be required to undergo a medical assessment (including Drug & Alcohol screening) prior to commencement of employment.

·         All applicants will be required to provide a National Police Check prior to commencement of employment.
