Are you a dynamic, solutions-driven professional with a passion for global mobility and a knack for creative problem-solving? Our established Africa Head Office in Cape Town is looking for a Move Coordinator to join our team and help shape the future of international relocation support.

About the Role:

As a Move Coordinator, you will be the linchpin in managing seamless transitions for individuals and families relocating across borders. You’ll lead a remote team of consultants, coordinate complex logistics, and provide hands-on support in navigating the challenges of international living.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a team of remote mobility specialists.
• Coordinate end-to-end relocation services including housing, schooling, banking, and utilities.
• Provide expert guidance on expat life and cross-cultural transitions.
• Liaise with service providers and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients.
• Draft detailed reports and maintain accurate administrative records.
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, and virtual platforms.
• Solve problems creatively and calmly under pressure.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing remote teams.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated experience living abroad or extensive international travel.
• Practical life skills in setting up residence in a new country (e.g., school applications, banking, utilities).
• Calm, composed, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Comfortable picking up the phone and taking initiative.

• First-hand experience as an expat.
• Multilingual abilities.
• Background in HR, relocation services, or international logistics.
