Overview

We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Move Manager dedicated to helping seniors downsize and relocate with ease. This role involves managing all aspects of the moving process, from organizing materials and scheduling logistics to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting seniors through this significant life transition.

Duties

• Coordinate and oversee all phases of the downsizing and moving process for senior clients
• Assist with packing, unpacking, and organizing belongings to maximize space and efficiency
• Schedule and liaise with moving companies, drivers, and service providers using scheduling software
• Provide personal assistance including laundry, sanitation, cleaning, and space optimization in clients’ new homes
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
• Help with property management tasks such as organizing materials and preparing homes for sale or transition
• Support caregiving activities as needed, ensuring clients feel comfortable and cared for throughout the process

Qualifications

• Proven experience in moving coordination, caregiving, hospitality, or personal assistance roles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent client communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with scheduling software and logistical planning tools
• Knowledge of residential cleaning, sanitation, laundry, packing, and space optimization techniques
• Ability to drive safely and confidently; a valid driver’s license is preferred
• Familiarity with working with seniors or in caregiving environments is highly desirable
• Exceptional attention to detail combined with a positive, proactive attitude

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
