Job Overview
Clean Concierge TPA, LLC is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician for a one-day move-out touch-up clean in St. Petersburg's Old Northeast neighborhood. We did a full move-out clean at this home last week. This visit is a focused touch-up, and the primary suite needs to be cleaned again in detail.

This is a good fit for an experienced cleaner who works efficiently and takes pride in getting bathrooms and closets spotless.

Scope of Work

• Primary bathroom (deep clean): shower/tub, glass, tile and grout, toilet, vanity, sinks, faucets, mirrors, cabinets inside and out, baseboards, and floors
• Primary closet (deep clean): shelves, rods, baseboards, light fixtures, and floors (dust, wipe down, vacuum/mop)
• Second floor bathroom: deep clean of the bathtub
• First floor guest half bath: clean and polish the sink and faucets
• Do a final walkthrough so every area is move-out ready
• Report any damage, stains or issues you can't fix

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of cleaning experience (required)
• Move-out, deep cleaning or residential cleaning experience is a strong plus
• Skilled at bathroom deep cleaning: soap scum, hard water stains, grout and fixtures
• Able to work on your own with little supervision
• Physically able to lift, bend, kneel, reach and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Reliable, professional communication

Requirements

• Must be available Tuesday, October 6, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM
• Reliable transportation to St. Petersburg (Old Northeast)
• Background check required
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must have your own health insurance (this is a 1099 subcontractor role)
• No smoking allowed on job sites
• Uniform required:
• Black shirt
• Black pants
• Closed-toed, comfortable shoes
• Video interview required before hiring
