Mover

Overview: InNout Movers is looking for dependable, hardworking Movers to join our team. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.

Pay & Growth: Starting base pay is $17/hour + tips. With tips included, our movers typically earn around $22/hour starting out. We also offer opportunities to move up quickly based on performance, reliability, work ethic, and responsibility. As you advance within the company, base pay can increase up to $30/hour, plus tips.If you show up, work hard, take care of our customers, and want more responsibility, there is plenty of opportunity to grow and earn more.

Duties:

- Load and unload household goods, furniture, boxes, and other items

• Safely move and transport customers’ belongings

• Wrap and protect furniture and other items as needed

• Perform heavy lifting and physical labor throughout the workday

• Work efficiently as part of a moving crew

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the moving process

• Assist with basic furniture disassembly and reassembly when needed

Requirements:

- Moving experience is preferred but not required

• Must be dependable and show up on time

• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical work

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Willingness to learn and improve

• Flexible availability is a plus
