Gates Moving Company is looking for professional, clean-cut, and able movers to help facilitate our mission of providing Warrensburg Missouri and the surrounding areas with the most reliable and professional moving services around. Responsibilities

• Assist with packing, loading, unloading, and transporting household or commercial goods.
• Handle furniture, appliances, and other items with care to prevent damage.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, team members, and clients.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional services.
• Work collaboratively with the moving team to complete jobs on time and to the customers satisfaction.
• Maintain responsible use of company equipment, including trucks, tools, and packing materials.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including professional appearance and conduct.

Experience

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physically able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs or more) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
