Mover / Driver for Staging Company

Duties

• Safely operate commercial vehicles, including trucks and vans, to transport staging materials to various locations.
• Load and unload furniture, appliances, and other large items with proper lifting techniques and equipment such as forklifts when necessary.
• Assist in the assembly, disassembly, and positioning of furniture and decor at client sites or staging locations.
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients to coordinate delivery schedules and address any on-site needs or concerns.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, inventory records, and safety documentation throughout each shift.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely deliveries and professional interactions with clients during pickups and drop-offs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in moving large items or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate a 26 foot truck (previous experience)
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients.
• Prior warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding logistics and inventory management.
• Commitment to safety protocols, punctuality, and delivering outstanding customer service at all times.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
