Duties

• Safely load and unload items using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies
• Pack, wrap, and prepare items for transport to ensure protection during transit
• Operate box trucks, commercial trucks, or personal vehicles for delivery or moving purposes, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards
• Assist with warehouse operations including organizing inventory, managing storage space, and maintaining cleanliness
• Load and secure goods properly in trucks to prevent damage during delivery or transit
• Drive route-specific delivery vehicles, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs while following all safety protocols
• Use mobile devices or route management tools to track deliveries, communicate with team members, and update job status

Qualifications

• Must have moving experience
• Experience driving box trucks preferred
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using proper lifting practices and manual handling techniques
• Familiarity with material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or dollies is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions during deliveries or moves
• Ability to work efficiently in physically demanding environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Tv mounting experience, BIG PLUS $$$
