Mover/Packer

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently load and unload furniture and other items onto trucks
• Drive trucks to transport goods to designated locations
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment to move heavy items
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a smooth moving process
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods of time
• Familiarity with driving routes and ability to navigate using GPS or maps
• Experience operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers
• Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and safe handling of fragile items
• Experience with tractor-trailers is a plus
