Mover/Packer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Mover/Packer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will efficiently pack, load, and unload items while ensuring your safety and that of others. A commercial drivers license is not necessary although certainly is a plus. We are willing to train/assist applicants in obtaining a chauffer’s license in the future.

Duties

• Safely load and unload items using proper manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies
• Pack belongings securely to prevent damage during transit, utilizing appropriate packing materials and methods
• Assist with moving furniture, boxes, and other items into trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and load stability
• Use mobile devices for route navigation, delivery documentation, and communication with team members
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse or storage facility, supporting warehouse operations and material handling activities

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience or moving background preferred; familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with experience in commercial truck driving or van driving; commercial driving experience highly valued but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
