Duties

• Safely pack items using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit
• Load and unload furniture, boxes, and equipment with care and precision
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery to move heavy or bulky items efficiently
• Assist with the organization and inventory management within the warehouse or storage areas
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers to coordinate moving schedules and address any concerns
• Ensure all items are secured properly for transport, adhering to safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in all work areas to promote a safe working environment

Requirements

• Prior experience in moving, packing, or warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
• Experience with commercial driving or possessing a valid driver’s license is a plus
• Excellent physical stamina, flexibility, and attention to detail
• Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
