Who We're Looking For:

• Experienced Moving Crew Leads who are dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused.
• Must have prior experience driving a moving truck/box truck and leading moves - 3 years minimum
• Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job

Position Details

• Schedule: Flexible Shift Schedule
• Pay Rate: $21-26 per hour 1099

Responsibilities

• Drive moving truck to and from customer sites
• Act as Lead Mover on jobs with 2-3 crew members
• Load and unload items from trucks with care to prevent damage.
• Safely operate box trucks during transportation of goods.
• Assist in packing and unpacking items as needed.
• Ensure all items are securely fastened during transport to avoid shifting or damage.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients.
• Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of large or bulky items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job.

Skills

• Must have prior at least 3 years of experience driving a box truck/moving truck (reference preferred)
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 65 pounds) regularly
• Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
• Previous experience in moving, delivery driving, or courier services is advantageous.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and client interactions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work environments.
