Mowing Crew Members

Middle Creek Landscaping has a brand new compensation and benefits package and is excited to be hiring for several mowing related positions. The mowing schedule is generally Monday through Thursday - work four ten hour days and enjoy a three-day weekend!

LEVEL 1 — GROUNDS TECHNICIAN I

Target Compensation

$17–$19/hour

Typical Candidate

Entry-level Associate with little or no professional landscaping experience.

Responsibilities

• Basic mowing
• String trimming
• Blowing
• Property cleanup
• Mulching
• Basic landscape installation
• Loading/unloading equipment
• Equipment cleaning
• Job-site organization

These positions have the potential to be year round positions, and will include snow removal operations over the winter at $40/hour. The position is full time, working four days each week in season. During the months of January and February work would be limited to part time and snow related activity.

Skill-based pay system:

Commercial mower certification - $0.25/hr

Trailer competency - $0.25/hr

Qualified company driver - $0.50–$0.75/hr

Robotic mower certification - $0.50–$0.75/hr

Pesticide applicator certification - $1.00–$2.00/hr

Landscape construction competency - $0.75–$1.50/hr

CDL - $1.00–$2.00/hr

Equipment diagnostic competency - $0.75–$1.00/hr

Approved Associate trainer - $0.50–$1.00/hr

Bonus Structure:

Technicians:

Up to $250 per quarter

RETENTION BONUS

6 Months — $250

12 Months — $500

24 Months — $750

36 Months — $1,000
