Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to provide professionally maintained lawns.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance, including cleaning, blade sharpening, and greasing.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and presentable.

Requirements:

• Availability to work 40 50 hours per week, primarily MondayThursday, with occasional Fridays and Saturdays as needed.
• 0 2 years of professional landscape maintenance experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred but not required).
• Willingness to participate in snow maintenance during winter months.
