[Job Responsibilities]

Asset Consolidation: Assist clients in tracking and consolidating their Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) accounts held at different banks.

Performance Review: Use the company’s system to generate analytical reports and explain the performance and risks of clients’ existing portfolios.

Retirement Budget Planning: Provide clear and easy-to-understand advice on retirement savings accumulation and asset protection plans based on clients’ goals.

Administrative Follow-up: Process various application forms to ensure clients’ asset transfer procedures are smooth and accurate.

[Qualifications]

No specific background required: We welcome career changers from retail, aviation, hospitality, customer service, or other industries.

Professional Competencies: Possess strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex information into easy-to-understand explanations.

Personal Qualities: Meticulous, highly responsible, and passionate about continuously learning new financial concepts.

[Onboarding Support We Provide]

Comprehensive Licensing Support: Full funding for obtaining relevant financial licenses, along with condensed study guides and practice exams—resulting in an extremely high pass rate.

New Hire Start-up Allowance: A training allowance of HKD $15,000–$25,000 plus a performance bonus is provided during the initial onboarding period to ensure stable income during the transition.

Hands-On Mentorship: Senior managers will personally demonstrate how to explain MPF statements and handle administrative consolidation procedures until you can operate independently.

Systematic Client Referrals: The company provides leads on potential clients and hosts specialized seminars to help you quickly build your own client base.
