MPM Assistant Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated MPM Assistant Manager to join our management team. Due to the expansion of operations and the company strategy to open new manufacturing facilities, the Assistant Manager position provides direct support in critical operational and administrative activities. This role supports operational continuity, efficient decision-making, cross-functional coordination, and successful facility launches.

Duties

• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of operational and expansion projects.
• Coordinate activities among Production, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, and other departments.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in customer and leadership meetings.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and action plans.
• Drive operational excellence and business growth

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or operations environments.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Pay: $102,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
