Job Description: As a server at MRMIKES Steakhouse Casual, you will play a key role in providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Taking accurate food and drink orders and entering them into the POS system.
• Delivering food and beverages to guests promptly.
• Ensuring guests have everything they need and addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including tables and service stations.
• Processing payments and providing accurate change.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Upholding MRMIKES standards of service and hospitality.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• serving it right certification is required.
