Job Summary
The MRD Executive is responsible for maintaining, organizing, retrieving, and managing patient medical records while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely availability of records for clinical, administrative, billing, insurance, and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, organize, and maintain inpatient and outpatient medical records.
- Ensure medical records are complete, accurate, properly indexed, and filed.
- Retrieve and issue patient rec
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
