MRD Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize patient medical records, including IPD and OPD files.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of patient case sheets, discharge summaries, consent forms, and other clinical documents.
• Ensure proper filing, indexing, scanning, storage, and retrieval of medical records.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and other departments for pending documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient medical information.
• Update patient records in the Hospital Information System (HIS/HIMS).
• Assist with medical record audits, NABH documentation, and compliance activities.
• Maintain proper record-tracking registers and departmental reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream; Hospital Administration or Medical Records qualification preferred.
• Experience: 2–5 years of relevant hospital/MRD experience preferred.
• Skills: Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, documentation, and record management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
