MRD - Technician / Sr Technician

Key Responsibility

• Maintain OPD, IPD, Emergency, MLC, Discharge, Birth & Death records.

• Ensure timely receipt, verification, filing, indexing, and preservation of medical records.

• Check files for discrepancies and coordinate with departments for completion.

• Maintain MLC investigations, X-rays, samples, and related documentation as per hospital protocol.

• Ensure record retention, submission of Birth/Death records, and disposal as per hospital policy.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Medical Records Manual, NABH standards, and hospital policies.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualification

• Diploma Medical Record and Health Information Management/Bachelor Degree or Master s in a relevant field
