MRI / CT Technician

Role & responsibilities

• Perform MRI and CT scan procedures as per physician's instructions and departmental protocols.
• Prepare and position patients while ensuring their comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
• Operate MRI and CT equipment efficiently and maintain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Follow radiation safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately in case of emergencies.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Coordinate with Radiologists and other healthcare professionals for timely reporting.
• Ensure proper maintenance and routine quality checks of imaging equipment.
• Comply with NABH, AERB, and hospital quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/B.Sc. in Radiology Imaging Technology or Medical Imaging Technology.
• Minimum 1 3 years of experience in MRI and CT imaging. (Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.)
• Knowledge of MRI and CT scan protocols, patient care, and radiation safety.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
