Responsibilities

• Operate MRI scanners and related medical imaging equipment to acquire detailed images for diagnostic evaluation, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their comfort throughout the procedure.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to accurately interpret imaging requests and assist in diagnostic assessments.
• Maintain strict adherence to equipment safety procedures and infection control protocols, including aseptic techniques and patient safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating MRI scanners with a strong understanding of medical imaging principles.
• Certification or licensure as an MRI Technologist or Radiologic Technologist, with relevant credentials in diagnostic radiology.
• Familiarity with medical equipment operation, safety procedures, and radiation safety regulations.

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
