MRI Technologist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MRI Tech to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in medical imaging and be proficient in performing MRI scanning procedures. This role is vital in providing quality imaging services to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.

Duties

• Perform MRI examinations on patients, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and aseptic techniques.
• Collaborate with medical staff to evaluate images for diagnostic purposes and assist in urgent care settings as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation processes to effectively communicate findings.
• Ensure proper handling of equipment and maintain cleanliness in the imaging area.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Certification as an MRI Technologist from an accredited program.
• Strong understanding of anatomy knowledge and physiology related to medical imaging practices.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $30.00 per hour
