Role: MRI Technologist I

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI exams using established protocols to ensure accurate diagnosis and patient care.
• Review orders, verify patient identity and medical history.
• Position patients appropriately and operate MRI scanners and related equipment.
• Assist with the administration of IV contrast as per protocol.
• Evaluate image quality and ensure adherence to MRI and radiation safety guidelines.
• Document procedures and findings in clinical systems.
• Support basic patient care and respond to emergencies collaboratively with radiology and clinical staff.

Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge of MRI procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail in image evaluation and patient verification.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Basic patient care skills and emergency response readiness.
