MRI/CT Technologist

Role Overview Seeking an Advanced Modality Technologist skilled in MRI or CT imaging to perform diagnostic procedures on adult and pediatric patients. Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment, executing studies independently, and managing portable exams and on-call situations. The role requires cross-training in CT, with certification obtained within a designated timeframe if not already registered.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current MRI registry; CT registry preferred
• Associate or Trade School education
• No prior experience required; experience in advanced imaging modalities is a plus
• Licenses & Certifications: IEMA (Illinois only), RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES; CPR and IV Therapy preferred

Key Duties

• Prepare patients and equipment for imaging procedures
• Perform studies independently, including portable and on-call exams
• Ensure quality control and accurate documentation
