MRO Coordinator

About the role

The MRO Sales Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operation) team, supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery across technical and customer-facing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the MRO team
• Provide technical support to resolve technical inquiries from ships/vessels on Nordic systems
• Assist in handling customer inquiries and service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and proper documentation
• Prepare and maintain service records, quotations, purchase orders, and related reports
• Monitor and track job progress, schedules, and quotations submitted to clients
• Coordinate with internal teams, service engineers, and external vendors/agents to ensure smooth operations
• Support the Application and Sales teams with documentation for bidding and project proposals
• Maintain and update customer databases, accounts, and records

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Administration, Engineering or equivalent
• Prior experience in Marine, Oil & Gas, or Shipyard industries will be an advantage
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English
• Responsible, meticulous, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
