Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) domain.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AMOS (Swiss Aviation Software) .
• Strong understanding of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering process areas, including Line Maintenance, Hangar Maintenance, Shop Maintenance, Maintenance Planning, and Technical Records .
• Experience in Business Requirement Analysis and Gap Analysis for aircraft maintenance processes.
• Ability to understand AS-IS and TO-BE maintenance workflows and map them to system capabilities.
• Hands-on exposure to AMOS system setup, configuration, and master data maintenance .
• Experience in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and validation artifacts .
• Strong understanding of maintenance planning, work orders, compliance tracking, and technical records management .
• Experience in system validations and UAT support , ensuring business sign-off.
• Exposure to implementation, testing, defect analysis, requirement understanding, and post-go-live support activities .
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate between business, IT, and vendor teams.
• Ownership of deliverables with a focus on quality, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness .

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to aircraft regulatory requirements (EASA / FAA concepts) .
• Experience working with integrated airline ecosystems ( MRO ↔ Operations ↔ Finance ).
• Knowledge of maintenance data reporting and operational KPIs .
