MRP Assistant

This is a full-time on-site role at Anwar Khawaja Composites, located on Daska Road, Sialkot. The MRP Officer will be responsible for ensuring that materials and components are available for production while minimizing inventory levels and costs. The role involves coordinating with various departments to align inventory with production schedules and business needs. Furthermore, the MRP Planner will be responsible for the development of forecasts for raw material needs by considering purchases, production rates, and maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate material requirements plans to ensure timely availability of materials for production schedules.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet production demands while minimizing excess inventory.
• Collaborate with the production team to align material availability with production schedules and adjust plans as necessary to address any delays or shortages.
• Cooperate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues related to procurement and supply chain.
• Analyze historical data, forecasts, and sales trends to make informed decisions about material requirements and inventory levels.
• Utilize MRP software and ERP systems to input, track, and manage material requirements and inventory data.
• Generate and review reports on inventory levels, material usage, and production schedules to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the MRP process.
• Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of material planning with overall business objectives.
• Ensure all MRP activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Data analysis skills using Excel or other data management tools.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
