**Key Responsibilities:**

* Administer and support Microsoft 365 services.

* Manage users, access, identities and permissions through Entra ID.

* Administer Azure-hosted applications and services.

* Handle Exchange Online and Outlook administration and troubleshoot email issues.

* Manage SharePoint Online sites, permissions, access and storage.

* Administer Microsoft Teams, including users, channels, permissions and issue resolution.

* Manage devices and compliance through Microsoft Intune.

* Use PowerShell for M365 administration and automation.

* Manage Microsoft 365 licenses, subscriptions and user entitlements.

* Handle operational tickets and resolve end-user/application issues.

**Interview Rounds:** 1 Technical Round + 1 Client Round

**Interview Mode:** Virtual

**Work Timing:** 2 PM – 11 PM

**Work Mode:** Hybrid – 2 to 3 days per week from office

**Ideal Candidate:** Candidates with 5–6+ years of strong hands-on experience across the Microsoft 365 administration stack, particularly **Entra ID, Azure Administration, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and Intune**.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
