MS Dynamics 365 Developer

We’re looking for a hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer who can turn business requirements into reliable technical solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and modern Microsoft technologies.

Role Details

• Salary: PHP 110,000–PHP 116,000
• Shift Schedule: 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM PST start
• Work Location: 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom components, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 applications using native functionality and Power Platform capabilities.
• Build integrations and support data modeling, migration, and data-quality initiatives.
• Participate across the full software development lifecycle, from development and testing through deployment and release management.
• Investigate production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and deliver enhancements that improve system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and technical leads to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Follow established standards for coding, security, quality, and enterprise architecture.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation for long-term support and knowledge transfer.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
• Experience customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM .
• Working knowledge of Dataverse , APIs, and integration development.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript .
• Experience with system integrations, data handling, solution deployment, Agile delivery, and DevOps practices.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Azure Service Bus .
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release-management tools such as Azure DevOps .
• Understanding of CRM processes across Sales, Service, Finance, or Operations.
