MS Dynamics Data Bricks

This role is highly technical and hands on, requiring deep experience working alongside D365 CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform, Databricks, and enterprise integrations. You will help design and operate Customer 360 data pipelines, pre processing logic, integrations, and analytics platforms that power CRM experiences, reporting, and downstream consumptionwhile ensuring performance, cost efficiency, and data quality at scale. This role is not a general Databricks or data lake role. It is specifically for engineers who have worked extensively with D365 and Customer 360 architectures.

Key Responsibilities

Customer 360 Pre Processor & Data Engineering

• Develop and maintain Customer 360 pre processor logic, including:
• Custom extensions and code
• Micro batching and near real time processing

Integration with Cosmos DB for operational data scenarios

• Support transformations and enrichments that feed Customer Insights, CRM, and downstream consumers.
• Ensure correctness, scalability, and recoverability of pre processing logic. Customer 360 Integration Operations
• Support and operate inbound and outbound Customer 360 data flows across:
• Claim Management systems
• D365 CRM / Dataverse
• Customer and partner portals
• Marketing and engagement platforms
• The enterprise data lake
• Downstream analytical and operational consumers
• Operate and maintain the enterprise data lake supporting D365 and Customer 360 use cases.
• Support:
• Ingestion pipelines
• Partner data landing zones
• Medallion architecture (bronze/silver/gold layers)
• Exception handling and retry logic
• Creation and support of business and analytical datasets
